The following terms apply specifically to PFControl in addition to all previous terms:
PFControl provides air traffic control tools and flight management services for virtual aviation. The service includes flight strip management, airport data access, runway selection, real-time communication features, and integrated voice chat functionality.
Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their PFControl sessions. Each session is tied to a specific airport and user account. All sessions have a maximum retention period of 30 days from the date of last activity, after which they will be permanently deleted from our systems without prior notice.
PFControl implements automatic encryption for session chat data. When no users are active in a session, all chat data will be automatically encrypted after a period of inactivity. Chat data is automatically deleted after 7 days from the last activity.
PFControl's integrated voice chat feature requires modern browser support for WebRTC and stable internet connectivity. Voice chat is intended for air traffic control coordination and aviation-related communication only. Any form of harassment, discriminatory language, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent exclusion from all PFConnect services.
When you submit a flight to a session marked as a PFATC session, information about the flight and the controller will be automatically shared to the PFConnect Discord server through a webhook. This information is publicly viewable by members of the Discord server. By submitting flights to PFATC sessions, you acknowledge and consent to this information being shared publicly.
